Post-sales Services
For original owners who purchased Covenant Acoustic Guitar Products from our authorized resellers in China Mainland and Hong Kong, we provide enlisted services:
· 7-Days return/exchange service:
In 7 days since your purchase, you can go to your dealer, return or exchange the product free of charge. The product to be returned/exchanged should be re-sellable.
· 90-Days return/exchange service:
In 90 days since your purchase, if quality issue happens to the product, you can go to your dealer and exchange for the same model for free.
· 1-Year free repair service:
In 1 year (365 days) since your purchase, if quality issue happens to the product, you can go to your dealer and repair the product for free.
· Lifetime paid repair service:
For products out of former dates, we provide repair services, the fee will be charged.
